Join us to become a Pizza Artisan and book a class.
A QUICK OVERVIEW
Classes are held in the West Village restaurant location, and we are able to design them based on your specific needs. Each class will also have its own private instructor. Classes are held daily from 10:00 A.M. -9:00 P.M. Each class runs approximately 2 hours.
OUR PIZZA CLASS FORMAT:
First, we talk about our favorite pizza moments, while enjoying local wines, craft beers, sangria or non-alcoholic beverages.
Next, we make the dough.
For classes we use unbleached flour and/or whole wheat flour (which is prepared separately and baked in a designated oven to ensure that there are no cross-contamination issues.)
Gluten-free dough, however, can be arranged upon request.
While we wait for the dough to rise, you will enjoy delicious appetizers and an assortment of seasonal favorites from our menu as we talk about the history of pizza and WILD.
Finally, the dough is kneaded, rolled out, and ready to add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice (vegan/vegetarian friendly).
and then THE PIZZAS GO INTO THE OVEN!
At the end of your class, you and your guests will leave as evolved pizza artisans!

Let us know the Date or dates you’re interested in, time, number of guests and any special requests.
The number of guests may be adjusted up until one day prior to the class. Credit card or cash is accepted on the day of class.
PIZZA CLASS PRICING
We offer two price options. All classes include one pizza start to finish for each guest, and family style appetizers.
$99.00- standard pizza class, two alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages included.
$125.00- standard pizza class, one hour unlimited alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
